Other States' Sales Tax

We are exempt from other states' sales tax if the goods are being shipped to us from another state. We are not exempt from other states' sales tax if we are making the purchase in that state.  However, it is possible some states may allow an exemption since we are part of state government or considered a public higher education institution. Please check Other State Tax Exemptions for states that may offer an exemption for purchases within their state.
