Customer Service Duties

The Payment Card program is serviced using a team approach with the current card providers Customer Service Center. This center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist the cardholder with general questions (decline reasons, balance available, etc.) about their Payment Card account. If a Payment Card is lost or stolen, Customer Service should be notified immediately.
