Accounting Personnel Duties

Each department must have employee(s) responsible for the accounting processes of the payment card in the department. These persons must take online cardholder training to learn guidelines and instructions given to cardholders. It is recommended these individuals complete Concur training in order to review transactions, allocate them and submit expense reports as necessary.
