Gifts and Awards

Gifts and awards to all students are processed as non-employee gifts and awards and are taxable payments once past the taxable threshold. If the student receiving an award is a non-resident alien for tax, the payment is taxable at any dollar amount and will be reported through scholarships & financial aid as a prize/award listed in their student account.
