Payment Card Program

The Payment Card Program is a fast, flexible purchasing method for processing delegated orders from suppliers that accept credit cards. The purpose of the Payment Card Program is to establish a more efficient, cost-effective method of the delegated purchasing and payment for delegated dollar transactions. If used to its potential, the program will result in a significant reduction in the data entry of small orders, receiving, invoices, vouchers and reduction in related documentation including invoices, checks and prompt pay interest. The Payment Card can be used with any supplier that accepts MasterCard as a form of payment.
