Four-Per-Car Rule

When employees travel on the same dates with the same itinerary, they must coordinate travel. When four or fewer employees travel on the same itinerary, only one rental car could be rented. Personal itinerary changes are not a valid exception, only business itinerary differences allow for an exception to the rule.
