Due to IRS reporting requirements, when making cash or debit card payments to domestic individuals or entities please obtain the Substitute W9.  For foreign individuals please obtain the W8-BEN and for foreign entities please obtain the W8-BEN-E.  When using the University/Agency Travel Card these additional reporting requirements are not required.
